Two Yin Class Observations completed at Roots Yoga by March 27, 2027
Opportunity to lead a Community Yin class at Roots Yoga, upon Roots Yoga managements discretion.
Pre-requisites:
A minimum 100-hour yoga teacher training certificate is required to enroll and complete the training with Roots Yoga.

Margaret Mullinary
Roots Yoga Owner, E-CYT500 hourMargaret Mullinary is the founder and owner of Roots Yoga, where she is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for growth and connection. She earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2021 and completed her 300-hour advanced training in 2024. Since opening Roots Yoga, Margaret has been committed to helping students and teachers deepen their practice through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation.
Margaret believes that slowing down is one of the most transformative practices we can offer ourselves, in a world that often asks us to do the opposite. Her teaching emphasizes awareness, functional movement, and the balance of effort and ease, encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity and compassion. She is honored to guide teachers in deepening their understanding of Yin Yoga while building confidence, knowledge, and skills to thoughtfully guide and teach Yin Yoga in a way that is safe, intentional, and authentic.
