Kundalini
This month we welcome back our friend, and special guest teacher, Kelly Davis. Join Kelly for a special Solstice Kundalini practice.
The third Friday of each month we offer Kundalini yoga; a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, chanting and meditation to increase self-awareness and consciousness. The practice aims to activate kundalini energy, located at the base of the spine. The goal is to draw energy up through the body and awaken all seven chakras.

Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations
Join us to express our gratitude and devotion as we celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations. Summer Solstice marks the transition of the seasons and connects us with the suns energy. 108 is a sacred number representing wholeness, the universe, and the connection between the sun, moon, and earth. As we foster unity and a shared practice we cleanse the mind and body, and set intentions for the upcoming season. Summer Solstice Herbal Tea will be served.

Longest Day Alzheimer's Fundraiser Class
The longest day is the day with the most light - the summer solstice. On this day, we envision a day without the darkness of Alzheimer's disease. Join Kennedy for a donation-based Slow Flow class in honor of the Longest Day to help find a cure for Alzheimer's. Donations will be collected to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

SUP Yoga and Eco Adventure at Moraine
Join us for an exciting morning of SUP Yoga and an Eco Adventure at Moraine State Park. The morning begins with paddling instruction and getting comfortable on your board. You will then be led on a guided eco-tour through some of Moraine’s most beautiful areas. Next, you will paddle to an on-water yoga studio tucked away in a hidden bay, drop anchor, and begin a gentle practice (suitable for any experience level).
