    EXHALE is a 45-minute monthly meditation practice led by a rotating Roots Yoga instructor, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and fully rest. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and short dharma, move into a guided meditation, and close with quiet rest and an optional mantra. No movement. No experience required. Just space to breathe and be.

    Start your weekend slow, grounded, and connected.

    Join us for our weekly Saturday offerings, always designed to awaken your body and ease you into your day with intention.

    After class, Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be on our patio serving up your favorite brews so you can head into your weekend feeling energized, clear, and ready for whatever’s ahead.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga is often called the "yoga of awareness". In this practice, we weave together movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken inner energy and create balance from the inside out. We approach this powerful practice with grounding intention. Each class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open space for clarity and connection. All are welcome, whether you're new to Kundalini or returning to deepen your journey.

  • Memorial Day Outdoor Flow

    Begin your Memorial Day with intention and movement in this steady, breath-led flow designed to awaken your body, build strength, and leave you feeling clear, grounded, and a bit more energized for your day ahead. Class will be outdoors at Bronx Field, a short walk from the studio. In the event of rain, class will be moved indoors to the studio.

  • Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations

    Move with the rhythm of the season. Join us outdoors for a powerful Summer Solstice practice as we flow through 108 Sun Salutations - honoring light, growth, and new energy. This is a moving meditation, a challenge, and a celebration all in one. Modify, rest, or flow at your own pace - this practice is for you. Come ready to sweat, breathe, and welcome summer with intention. All levels welcome. Bring water, yoga mat, and an open mind. We will meet at Evergreen Community Park and gather in the grassy field behind the playground. Each participant will receive a complimentary Solstice Kit, filled with items to support your practice. Solstice tea will be served, and our signature cold lavender towels will be offered for savasana.
