Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your form, this session breaks down the alignment, strength, and transition that make Chaturanga safe, powerful, and sustainable.   • 7 Part Chakra Journey

    Join us for a 7-part chakra-focused yoga series designed to bring balance, clarity, and deeper self-awareness—one energy center at a time. Each session will explore one chakra, with a special focus on: yoga poses that support and activate the chakra, breathwork to balance and refine energy, daily practices & reflections you can carry into your life off the mat.

  • Winter Warm Up Sound Bath

    Step in from the cold and sink into deep warmth and rest. This mid winter sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and nourish your nervous system during the heart of the season. Cocooned in blankets and supported in stillness, you'll be guided into relaxation as healing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments wash over you. The vibrations work to release tension, quiet the mind, and gently warm the body from the inside out.

  • Trataka: A Candle Gazing Meditative Workshop

    Step into stillness through the ancient practice of candle gazing, also known as Trataka. In this guided workshop, we will gather in our softly lit space to calm the mind and sharpen inner awareness. Beginning with gentle grounding, breathwork, and intention setting before moving into guided candle gazing. Trataka supports mental clarity, focus, intuition, and emotional balance. We will close with a short meditation and reflection allowing the effects to gently integrate.

Then take the plunge into refreshing cold water- a bracing, invigorating shock that leaves you feeling fully alive. Afterwards, gather around a cozy bonfire to warm up, laugh, or just sit in stillness- the perfect way to integrate the heat, cold, and calm. This class is a full-body adventure. Come for the yoga, stay for the chill, and leave glowing from the inside out!
