7 Part Chakra Journey
Join us for a 7-part chakra-focused yoga series designed to bring balance, clarity, and deeper self-awareness—one energy center at a time. Each session will explore one chakra, with a special focus on: yoga poses that support and activate the chakra, breathwork to balance and refine energy, daily practices & reflections you can carry into your life off the mat.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is often called the "yoga of awareness". In this practice, we weave together movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken inner energy and create balance from the inside out. We approach this powerful practice with grounding intention. Each class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open space for clarity and connection. All are welcome, whether you're new to Kundalini or returning to deepen your journey.

Awaken & Align: Spring Equinox Vinyasa
Celebrate the energy of the Spring Equinox with a balanced Vinyasa flow designed to awaken the body and align with the fresh energy of a new season. As day and night come into harmony, this class will guide you through breath-centered movement, gentle strength building, and heart opening postures to help release the heaviness of winter and invite in renewal. Expect an uplifting flow, mindful intention setting, and a grounding savasana to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and ready to bloom into spring.

Face Yoga + Gua Sha Workshop
Rejuvenate your skin and uplift your spirit in this unique class combining the gentle power of face yoga with the ancient ritual of gua sha. You will learn facial exercises that tone and awaken the muscles of the face, stimulate circulation, and promote natural lift. Using a gua sha stone, you will be guided through a mindful lymphatic drainage sequence to reduce puffiness, release tension, and leave your skin glowing. Please arrive with a clean face. Tools and oils will be provided.

Spring Member Social Flow
Step into Spring with your Roots community for an uplifting morning designed just for our Roots members. We'll move through a powerful, breath-driven Vinyasa designed to build heat, strength, and momentum as we step into Spring. Expect intentional sequencing and supportive hands-on assists to help you deepen, refine, and feel fully connected in your practice. We'll then transition into an extended savasana with a soothing sound bath to help fully absorb the work, reset your nervous system, and settle into grounded clarity. After practice we will gather for tea and connection. Bring a small snack to share if you'd like - this morning is about moving with the power and softening in community. Strong flow. Restorative sound. Meaningful connection. Limited to Roots Yoga Members.

Exhale
EXHALE is a 45-minute monthly meditation practice led by a rotating Roots Yoga instructor, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and fully rest. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and short dharma, move into a guided meditation, and close with quiet rest and an optional mantra. No movement. No experience required. Just space to breathe and be.

Awaken in Sound: Breathwork Immersion and Sound Bath
Join Margaret and Rhiannon as the season shifts and the light returns, we invite you to Awaken in Sound - a nourishing breathwork session and sound bath designed to gently guide you out of winter's stillness. We will begin the session with guided breathwork, and intention setting focused on renewed energy, clarity and expansion then transition fully surrendered in a nourishing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to anchor your intentions and awaken you from within.
