We approach this powerful practice with grounding intention. Each class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open space for clarity and connection. All are welcome, whether you're new to Kundalini or returning to deepen your journey.

  • Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath - SOLD OUT

    Join Margaret & Rhiannon for a special evening of restorative yoga and a guided yoga nidra practice, embracing this mellow, yin time of year. Margaret will lead you through a series of gentle and supported restorative poses. After settling into a supported savasana, you will be guided through a yoga nidra meditation. The entire evening will include a sound bath designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

  • Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga

    Join Margaret and Erin for a restorative yoga session infused with the healing, Universal energy of Reiki. Margaret will guide you through a series of gentle postures designed to help you be present in your body and embrace the new year. Erin will prompt deep breathing as well as provide themes, visualizations, or affirmations to focus on during savasana while providing the healing modality of Reiki. Tools that Erin typically uses in their sessions include: singing bowls, chimes, poetry, smoke cleansing and incense, crystals, and optional aromatherapy.

    Learn simple, practical tools for meditation and discover how creating small pauses can become a powerful part of your daily self-care.

    We’ll end with a calming 20-minute breathwork + meditation practice to ground you for the year ahead.

    Strengthen your practice from the ground up in this focused, technique driving workshop dedicated to mastering Chaturanga. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your form, this session breaks down the alignment, strength, and transition that make Chaturanga safe, powerful, and sustainable.
