Fall Equinox Outdoor Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
Celebrate the balance of light and dark with a grounding evening of yin yoga and sound healing under the autumn sky. As we welcome the Fall Equinox, we'll slow down and align with the season's energy of release, reflection, and renewal. As you rest in each shape, the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and more will wash over you, deepening your relaxation and bringing harmony to mind, body, and spirit. Bring layers for comfort.
Saturday, September 19 at 6pm
Location is private residence in West View and provided day of event.

Awaken & Flow ~ Fascia Awakening Vinyasa
Awaken your body from the inside out. This beginner Vinyasa practice combines nervous system regulation, fascia release, and mindful movement to help you slow down, tune in, and become more connected to your body.
We’ll use intentional scrubbing, tapping, rolling, and pressing to awaken the fascia and bring awareness to areas of tension and holding in your body. We will then explore Vinyasa postures through this newly, awakened, more embodied space.
A practice designed to help you feel more open, grounded, and at home in your body. Come curious, breathe deeply, and awaken & flow!
