  • Spooky Flow + Bonfire

    Join us for a hauntingly fun evening of movement and magic! We'll flow through a playful yoga practice set to the glow of candlelight and mystery of the season. Expect grounding postures, a touch of spooky soundtrack vibes, and space to breathe into the crisp autumn night. After class gather with us around a cozy fire - share stories, sip something warm, and enjoy the spirit of community under the stars. Costumes and festive energy encouraged!

  • Rooted In Thanks; Breath, Movement, and Sound

    Join us for a nourishing breathwork practice centered on gratitude and thankfulness. We’ll explore gentle movement to prepare the body, followed by rhythmical breathing patterns that open the heart and calm the mind. Through intentional breath holds, we’ll deepen awareness and create space for reflection on the gifts present in our lives. The session will close with a restorative crystal singing bowl soundbath, allowing the body and spirit to rest in harmony.

    Kundalini Yoga is often called the "yoga of awareness". In this practice, we weave together movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to awaken inner energy and create balance from the inside out. We approach this powerful practice with grounding intention. Each class is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and open space for clarity and connection. All are welcome, whether you're new to Kundalini or returning to deepen your journey.
